Hi, my name is Andy Doro. Every Country Food NYC is my quixotic attempt to eat food representative of every country in the world in New York City. As a native New Yorker, I came up with the idea as a way to combine my interests in travel, food, and exploring different neighborhoods in New York. I started documenting this project on Instagram in April 2016 and so far I've eaten food representing 168 different countries.
